  In a city full of "tourist trap" restaurants, the Restaurant Apsara is an amazing find. The Cambodian and Thai food quality, choice and presentation is outstanding. My wife who is Cambodian says that the Cambodian food at the Restaurant Apsara is better than that served in most restaurants in Cambodia. The prices are very reasonable. Especially, when compared to the many over-priced Quebec City restaurants.

  We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and ate twice at the restaurant. The hotel room was beautiful with a lot of characters and clean. The restaurant has beautiful decor, the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. We didn't know what to order so we asked the waiter to bring us whatever he suggests. Well... we ate every last bite, had no room for desserts but still ate them anyways because we couldn't stop as they were so delicious. Will definitely return for more food the next tine we're in Quebec.

  The owner and staff are so pleasant and there is no rush to get you out to make room for the next customer. The dinning room is very comfortable. The location is easy to find. You will not be disappointed.
