  Their breakfast is great, providing a lot of choices. The variety of fruit, pancakes and coffee and fresh bread, made on the spot, guaranties a high quality meal.

  In one sentence. Love it. Amazing place, with incredibly friendly staff. This hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk pretty much anywhere and never be too tired. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. I will seek no other hotel in my future travel plans to Quebec City.

  Above that, the location is made for tourists, in proximity to the old town as well as the riverside promenade.

  Fantastic staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, all went out of their ways to assist my family’s demands. The rooms were spacious & clean. Great location. We have absolutely no complaints. Will be back again.

  Fantastic location in old Québec. Very cosy with lots of cute little common areas - great for chatting or reading a book. I did not stay in the hotel, myself, but the rooms I saw were also very cosy and appealing. We also had a fantastic tour of the hotel with tidbits of Québec history from one of the staff. It was an excellent experience.
