  A wonderful small hotel with a rich history and beautiful decor in heart of the old Quebec. Delicious breakfast and other amenities. Almost a B & B in terms of size and services.

  It's a beautiful Victorian era house, they've kept its romantic cachet. There are no lifts, we had a room on the third floor which means we had to bring our suitcase up 3 flights of gorgeous spiraling staircases.

  Loved our room at the top (4th floor). Interesting geometry with large bathroom. Highly decorated. Reminded me of the fine hotels in Paris.

  Quaint and authentic charm in the middle of Old Quebec. Like visiting your well-off great-grandmother . Lots of stairs, but they are all elegant, like the rest of the decor. Cozy breakfast in the basement (more stairs!). Staff goes over and above. Parking and luggage can be complicated because Old Quebec, but the staff tries hard to make it less of a hassle. Free WiFi but a bit unreliable.
