    Il y a de très bon soin et les employé sont toujours extrêmement gentil. J'ai eu affaire plusieurs fois à leur service et dans plusieurs département et je n’ai jamais eu de mauvaise expérience.

    My wife and I came to Quebec City for a visit. We live in the US, and we are both physicians. I experienced right flank SEVERE and sudden pain. I expected that a kidney stone is the culprit. Fortunately, we were staying 1.5 Km from this hospital which I found by Google. The reviews were concerning, but I have received some bad reviews myself and decided to go to the ER. My Experience was Phenomenally POSITIVE.

    The CT was completed and everyone involved was professional and pleasant. The doctor returned to check on me and assured me that he will return once the CT results are complete. That he did and in a timely manner. A stone was detected. He discussed his recommendations, wrote me prescriptions, and gave me instructions.

    I am surprised by the negative reviews. As a doctor who works in the US, the quality of care was superior and the cost is 30% of what I would have paid in the US of America.

    Je suis arrivée avec mon fils de 9 ans hier vers 17 h. La gentille pharmacienne de chez Jean Coutu Chemin St Louis, nous guide pour aller à l' hôpital Saint Sacrement car mon fils avait une urgence ophtalmologique. Arrivés là-bas, je précise que j' ai une assurance visiteur Desjardins. La secrétaire refuse de la prendre et me dit que je dois faire l' avance de presque 1000 $. Je lui dit ok, je paye par chèque. Elle refuse mon chèque, puis elle en parle à une autre personne (un jeune homme) qui vient me dire également qu' il refuse mon chèque. Donc ils ont refusé de recevoir mon fils pour une urgence ophtalmo alors que ceux sont les spécialistes des yeux. Je leur explique que je m' étais rendu auparavant au CHUL pour une fracture du poignet pour mon fils et que celui-ci avait accepté exceptionnellement mon chèque. Ils m' ont répondu que je n' avais qu' à aller là-bas. Je leur précise que je suis en bus, que mon fils souffre, mais ils n' ont rien voulu entendre. Ceci est scandaleux !!! Nous sommes donc partis en bus au CHUL où mon fils a été très bien pris en charge.

    The receptionist was pleasant, informative, professional and kind. She explained the charges for an American like me and offered me a much less expensive alternative [a walk in clinic at a different facility]. I was checked in promptly. The nurse did the intake and did a thorough job. Within 10 minutes the doctor came and saw me. He was personable, had great bedside manners, examined me, and listened to my concerns. The pain was intense. He explained that I needed a CT scan. Blood work was done. The person who placed the IV in my arm and drew my blood was fabulous. I received one dose of dilaudid intramuscularly. They also administered intravenous fluids.
