  We had a terrible experience and we not recommend their service. We made an order for the table decoration with the owner Daniel two weeks ahead of Christmas. He proposed us a sample which was exactly what we were looking for our Xmas table decoration. Two weeks later, the day we picked up the decoration, we were shocked too see the decoration, that is, two shallow pine tree brunches and red berries which were clearly ALL rotten. Even worse the attitude of the owner Daniel who make fun of us being shabby and rude. Their customer service was very disappointing and a shaming. Finally, we went to rue Cartier where we found an other florist who provided us an excellent service.
